Located at high elevation in the beautiful Southern Utah mountains, Navajo Lake estates is just a few miles from the stocked lake and accessed via one of the most scenic drives you'll find. Old growth trees and aspen line the roads, winding past the lake through national forest. The lot is sloped which affords a view through the towering pines. Access is typically late April through November depending on snow. The area is off grid; water is hauled in, power would be propane, solar, or generator. Duck Creek village offers amenities like dining and fuel a short drive away. Recreation in the area of course includes fishing & boating at the lake, the Virgin Rim hiking trail, and atv/snowmobile trails.
